What you'll be doing

Are you an experienced dispatcher ready to take the next step in your logistics career?

We are looking for a professional Freight Dispatcher specializing in Flatbed\ Dry Van\ Reefer operations. In this role, you will coordinate shipments across the U.S., ensuring drivers are fully supported, loads are profitable, and every mile counts. If you understand the realities of dispatching — tight schedules, equipment specifics, and broker negotiations — we want you on our team.

Responsibilities

Find and secure Flatbed\ Dry Van\ Reefer loads for a fleet of 5+ trucks, maximizing gross revenue and minimizing deadhead.

Plan routes efficiently considering driver hours, load requirements, and delivery priorities.

Communicate daily with drivers to guide, support, and solve issues in real time.

Negotiate with brokers, manage rate confirmations, and handle all shipment documentation (BOL, POD, invoices).

Track and update dispatch systems to ensure full visibility of every truck’s status.

Coordinate with Safety and Fleet teams regarding securement, temperature control, and compliance.

Working Hours

Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM — 11:00 AM EEST (6:00 AM — 4:00 PM CST) Aligned with U.S. business hours for active communication with brokers and drivers.

Compensation

Commission-based: 1.75−2% of gross revenue (average $3,000-$6,000/month depending on performance).
