Job Description
The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative tasks, recruitment activities, and employee relations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.
Maintain and update employee records.
Prepare HR-related documents such as appointment letters, employment contracts, and termination letters. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies.
Manage attendance and leave applications and maintain up-to-date HR databases.
Provide administrative support to the HR manager and department.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of HR experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
