The role focuses on improving student focus, classroom behaviour, and academic performance through individualized plans, positive teaching strategies, and coordination with classroom teachers and parents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized support plans for students with ADHD and SEN
- Recommend and guide classroom strategies for teachers to support students' learning and behaviour
- Track student progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Conduct parent meetings and provide regular updates on progress and strategies
- Create a calm, structured environment and run focus-building and self-regulation activities
- Support behaviour management and differentiated teaching within the school setting
