Role Description
This is a fulltime, onsite position located in Rawalpindi for an Inside Sales Representative. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound sales calls, fostering strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves lead generation, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will support account management and provide ongoing service to clients.

Compensation:
This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission based on sales performance, providing strong earning potential for motivated candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Present, promote, and sell products to meet sales targets.

Prepare and share regular sales reports.

Stay updated with market trends and competitors.

Qualifications
1. Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and secure new opportunities
2. Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships
3. Experience in Account Management for maintaining and expanding client accounts
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Selfmotivated with strong organizational and timemanagement abilities
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute)
7. Previous sales or customerfacing experience is an advantage
8. Knowledge of packaging or the FMCG industry is a plus

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree.

Proven experience in sales (preferably in packaging).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Energetic, motivated, and result-driven personality.
