We are looking for a Call Center Agent to handle airline ticketing inquiries, reservations, and customer support.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to flight bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Provide accurate information about flight fares, routes, timings, and policies.
Process airline ticket reservations using GDS or airline systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
Assist customers with refunds, changes, and travel requirements.
Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Meet daily performance targets and maintain call quality standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in airline ticketing or travel customer service preferred.
Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is a strong advantage.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes.
Basic computer literacy and fast typing skills.
