Responsibilities:
- Manage and advise clients on travel arrangements and visa applications.
- Develop customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel services to ensure the best deals.
- Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and travel advisories.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior travel agents.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in travel planning and visa processes, especially in the accounting sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in travel-related software and tools.
- Attention to detail and a client-focused mindset.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. A relevant certification in travel consultancy is a plus.
