What you'll be doing

Job Summary:

We are a growing Software Development Company looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us generate new business opportunities and bring software projects from local and international clients.

The ideal candidate will focus on client outreach, lead generation, proposal writing, and meeting scheduling. This role offers growth opportunities with performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, email outreach, and other platforms
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements
• Schedule meetings between clients and technical team
• Write and submit proposals for web, mobile, ERP, and custom software projects
• Maintain client database and follow-up regularly
• Achieve monthly lead generation and project targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients

Required Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience in lead generation or IT sales (preferred but not mandatory)
• Knowledge of Upwork bidding and LinkedIn outreach
