Remote Position;

We are a growing transportation company based in San Francisco and are currently looking to hire 1–2 motivated and reliable Dispatcher / Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls, emails, and messages professionally

Schedule and dispatch drivers efficiently

Handle bookings and reservations

Communicate clearly with drivers and clients

Resolve customer issues in a calm and professional manner

Maintain daily trip records and logs

Requirements:

Good English communication skills (spoken & written)

Strong customer service skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Previous dispatcher or CSR experience is a plus (but not required)

Honest, responsible, and punctual
