Rabta is seeking a dedicated Actuarial Senior Analyst who brings a robust skill set in actuarial modeling, data analysis, and risk assessment to support vital financial and analytical functions within the company.

The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of experience and demonstrates strong expertise in statistical analysis, regulatory compliance, and predictive modeling. This role involves applying advanced Excel modeling techniques, utilizing SQL, SAS, and Power BI tools, and performing detailed regulatory and financial reporting.

A clear understanding of Medicare benchmarking, shared savings calculations, and provider attribution mechanics is essential to accurately analyze healthcare data and support decision-making processes. The Actuarial Senior Analyst at Rabta will work independently and collaboratively on complex projects that require deep knowledge of MSSP and REACH ACO models, as well as a significant understanding of NPI versus TIN structures and their billing implications. This position does not include team management responsibilities but requires strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.
