Actuarial Senior Analyst

Rabta is seeking a dedicated Actuarial Senior Analyst who brings a robust skill set in actuarial modeling, data analysis, and risk assessment to support vital financial and analytical functions within the company.

The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of experience and demonstrates strong expertise in statistical analysis, regulatory compliance, and predictive modeling. This role involves applying advanced Excel modeling techniques, utilizing SQL, SAS, and Power BI tools, and performing detailed regulatory and financial reporting.

A clear understanding of Medicare benchmarking, shared savings calculations, and provider attribution mechanics is essential to accurately analyze healthcare data and support decision-making processes. The Actuarial Senior Analyst at Rabta will work independently and collaboratively on complex projects that require deep knowledge of MSSP and REACH ACO models, as well as a significant understanding of NPI versus TIN structures and their billing implications. This position does not include team management responsibilities but requires strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.

The candidate should also be familiar with Python and HubSpot to enhance data handling and visualization capabilities, supporting Rabta's commitment to innovative solutions in healthcare actuarial analysis.

Develop and maintain actuarial models to support risk assessment and financial forecasting aligned with MSSP and REACH ACO models.

Perform comprehensive data analyses using statistical and predictive modeling techniques to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.

Prepare and review detailed financial and regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Analyze provider attribution mechanics and the implications of NPI and TIN structures for billing and reimbursement processes.

Conduct Medicare benchmarking and calculate shared savings metrics to support value-based care initiatives.

Utilize advanced Excel functions and develop complex financial models to analyze healthcare data effectively.

Employ SQL, SAS, and Power BI to extract, manipulate, and visualize data for actionable insights.

Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and financial teams to align actuarial analyses with organizational goals.
