OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves cross-department coordination, customer interaction, logistics management, and administrative support to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers; handle inquiries and resolve issues.
• Manage logistics and shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Provide administrative support, including documentation, data entry, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with teams to improve operational processes and efficiency.
• Monitor operational metrics and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Support project planning and execution to achieve operational excellence

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Experience in operations, logistics, international freight, or supply chain.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, coordination, & time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
