Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are actively hiring experienced CSRs for our Home Security campaign. If you have strong communication skills and a US accent, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of CSR experience

Good American English accent

Excellent communication skills

Must be punctual, reliable, and performance-driven

Experience in Home Security campaign (preferred)

Freshers may apply, but preference will be given to experienced candidates

Shift Timing

7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000

Bonus Structure:

PKR 500 per lead (up to 5 leads)

From the 6th lead onward: PKR 1,500 per lead

Earning Potential: Up to PKR 300,000/month

Salary starts after the first lead is generated

Onsite position only

1 Excellent English Communication Skills
Fluent spoken English with clear pronunciation and confident tone.

2 Outbound Sales Experience (US Campaign Preferred)
Minimum 6 months experience in cold calling, lead generation, or live transfers.

3 Strong Objection Handling Ability
Able to handle “Not Interested,” “Already have service,” and other common objections professionally.

4 Basic Knowledge of Dialers & CRM Systems
Experience using Vicidial or similar dialers, VoIP systems, and call dispositioning.

5 Target-Oriented & Performance-Driven
Comfortable working under daily targets (calls, transfers, conversions).
