Position Summary
As an International Recruitment Consultant focused on the US IT market, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology positions across multiple IT domains. The role requires proactive talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and close collaboration with US-based clients to deliver high-quality placements. You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, maintaining candidate engagement, and ensuring successful hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IT professionals for US-based technology roles
• Conduct detailed screening interviews to assess technical skills and candidate fit
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
• Collaborate with US clients to understand hiring requirements and technical role specifications
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology professionals across various IT domains
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and guide candidates through hiring stages
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding coordination between clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate records within recruitment systems and pipelines
