Responsibilities:
- Contact clients and follow up on property recovery cases
- Maintain proper records of recovery activities
- Communicate with clients regarding pending payments or property matters
- Coordinate with the office team and provide regular updates
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate
- 12 years of relevant experience preferred
What we’re looking for
- Good communication and negotiation skills: communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explain recovery matters, handle discussions to resolve pending issues
- Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting: maintain records of recovery visits, prepare simple reports, update case details, handle basic paperwork related to property recovery
