What you'll be doing

The Role

We're looking for a mid-level Frontend Developer to join our core product team and help build the interface that hauling operators interact with every day. You'll work closely with our founders and design partners to translate complex operational workflows — dispatch boards, route maps, billing dashboards, driver portals - into fast, clean, intuitive UIs.

This is not a ticket-queue job. You'll have ownership of features end-to-end, contribute to architecture decisions, and see your work ship within days, not quarters.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain performant, accessible UI components using Next.js and React

Develop complex data-heavy views: dispatch boards, route visualizations, analytics dashboards, billing screens

Integrate with REST APIs and real-time data streams for live operational data

Collaborate with our design partners to implement pixel-accurate, responsive layouts from Figma

Write clean, maintainable TypeScript — components, hooks, utilities

Participate in product discussions and contribute ideas that improve the user experience

Own frontend features from design handoff to production

Help establish frontend standards, code review practices, and component library patterns
