Data Entry & Operations Officer 3 openings

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry & Operations Officer for a full-time, on-site position based in Westridge 1, Rawalpindi.

This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable with typing, data entry, MS Excel, CRM systems, and can also assist with operational tasks such as organizing, packing, and dispatching materials accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry of student, school, and registration records

• Working with CRMs and internal data systems

• Verifying, organizing, and maintaining structured digital records

• Preparing basic internal reports and data summaries

• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality

• Supporting the team during high workload periods

Operations & Logistics Responsibilities

• Checking records, labels, and student details carefully before packing

• Accurately packing competition materials, documents, or packages

• Organizing cartons, envelopes, and dispatch materials

• Preparing packages for courier dispatch and maintaining dispatch records

• Assisting in inventory checking and material organization

• Ensuring all packing and dispatch work is done carefully and systematically

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good typing speed with high accuracy

• Comfortable using MS Excel, spreadsheets, and CRM systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks carefully without mistakes

• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods

• Good communication skills for internal coordination

• Prior experience in data entry, education, banking, operations, or customer support is a plus

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
