Job Description:
Encom, a leading company in the Information Technology and Services industry, specializes in innovative industrial heating solutions, including coal boilers, biomass boilers and others boilers and burners. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fabricator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fabricate metal components and assemblies in accordance with technical specifications and drawings.
* Accurately interpret engineering drawings, and schematics.
* Perform cutting, welding, grinding, and finishing tasks with precision.
* Ensure strict quality control standards are maintained throughout the fabrication process.
* Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve fabrication methods and efficiency.
* Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with required standards.
* Maintain fabrication equipment and perform routine troubleshooting and minor repairs.
* Follow workplace safety standards and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
