Sales Trainer/Manager 6 openings

A European-based company is hiring Sales Trainers and Sales Managers for its remote team. We are looking for professionals with strong sales knowledge and leadership skills who can train, guide, and manage teams to achieve business goals.

For Sales Trainers:

-Design and deliver effective sales training programs

-Conduct training sessions to improve team performance

-Monitor progress and provide continuous coaching and feedback

-Develop strategies to enhance sales skills and productivity

For Sales Managers:

-Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets

-Oversee onboarding and orientation of new team members

-Monitor team performance and ensure consistent results

-Set goals, track progress, and drive team productivity

Requirements:

Strong English communication and sales skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

4–5 years of experience in Sales / CSR preferred

Experience in training or team management is a plus

Immediate availability is highly preferred

Job Details:

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (PST)

Working Days: 5 days per week

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
