Job Title: Remote Sales Representative (Dispatch Services)

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)

Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (with 1-hour break)

Job Overview

We are looking to hire motivated and disciplined Sales Representatives for our US dispatch business. The ideal candidates must be results-driven, consistent with daily outreach, and committed to meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 113 outbound calls daily to potential clients (carriers).

Generate and convert leads into successful onboarding.

Ensure each sale includes:

Carrier onboarding

Submission of required documents

Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects.

Submit a daily end-of-day report with performance updates.

Work Schedule & Rules

This is a 100% remote job role.

Work schedule: 5 days per week.

Shift timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Total break: 1 hour

No break allowed during: First 2 hours of the shift Last 1 hour of the shift

This is a fully remote position, so self-discipline and reliability are essential.

Performance Expectations

Minimum 5 successful sales per month (mandatory)

Daily call target must be strictly followed.

Compensation & Benefits

Basic Salary: 45000/- PKR

Commission: 10/- PKR per successful sale.

5% salary increase immediately after successful completion of the probation period.

14 paid (Sick/Casual) holidays per year after probation.

Probation Period

Duration: First 3 months

No days off allowed during probation

Performance will be closely monitored

Comfortable with cold calling

Target-driven and self-motivated

Reliable internet connection, laptop and quiet workspace

Previous sales or dispatch experience is a plus

Graduation is mandatory
