Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand property trends and customer needs.
- Present and promote property developments to potential clients.
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
