What you’ll be doing
Linkers Developers & Builders, a real estate company in Rawalpindi, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join the on-site sales team. The role focuses on residential and commercial property sales and requires a candidate with a strong sales record and local market knowledge. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, presenting and promoting property developments, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What we’re looking for
- Must-have: Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong track record
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite
