Remote Software Engineers (Team Of 5+)

We are building a dedicated remote software development team of at least 5 engineers to work exclusively on projects for a client in Belgium.

This is a long-term, stable opportunity for experienced software engineers who want consistent international work while staying in Pakistan. You will join a professional team with overlapping hours for Belgium (good work-life balance).

Key Requirements (All team members must have these skills at a strong level):

Excellent spoken and written English (must be very comfortable in calls and meetings)

Strong experience in REST/GraphQL APIs development

Solid knowledge of secure development practices (OWASP, authentication, encryption, secure coding)

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum (Jira, daily stand-ups, sprints)

Proficient with GitHub (branching, PRs, GitHub Actions, CI/CD)

3+ years of relevant software development experience

Available to work remotely from Pakistan with 3–5 hours overlap with Belgium time

Excellent English Communication

Very good spoken and written English – comfortable in client calls, meetings, and documentation.

API Development

Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL (design, development, integration, documentation).

Security in Development

Solid knowledge of secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10, authentication (JWT/OAuth), encryption, input validation, secure APIs, vulnerability prevention).

Agile & Scrum Methodology

Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environment (Jira, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, user stories).

GitHub Expertise

Proficient with GitHub (branching strategies, Pull Requests, code reviews, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines).

General Software Development

3+ years of relevant experience in software development (web applications, backend, automation, or full-stack projects).

Remote Work Readiness

Available to work from home in Pakistan with 3–5 hours overlap with Belgium time (CET/CEST).

Bonus (will be considered as advantage, not mandatory):

Experience with automation tools, DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or any modern tech stack (.NET, Java, Node.js, Python, etc.)
