Call Center Sales Agent – US Campaign

We are looking for experienced Call centre agents - US campaign for an outbound cold calling campaign targeting Owner Operators and Carriers in the US trucking industry.

The role requires strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based Owner Operators & Carriers

Pitch dispatch and trucking solutions effectively

Convert leads into paying clients

Follow up via calls, email, and social media

Maintain professionalism and consistency in communication

Job Details:

Location: Lahore (On-site)

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US Shift)

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in cold calling / sales

Fluent English communication is mandatory

Comfortable working night shift (US hours)
