AI 120 Solutions is an AI automation startup. We help driving schools and small businesses automatically reply to customer enquiries, qualify leads, and book appointments 24/7 — so they never miss a sale.

We are a small, fast-moving team and this is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with us. Your results directly determine your income — there is no ceiling on what you can earn.

What You Will Do

Send personalised cold emails to business owners using our ready-made templates (20 emails per day)

Send outreach messages via WhatsApp using a company-provided WhatsApp Business number — you will never use your personal number

Follow up with prospects on Day 3 and Day 5 using our sequences

Track all activity in a shared Google Sheet daily

Flag interested replies to the founder for demo booking

Update your pipeline and send a weekly report

You do NOT need to close deals. Your job is to get replies and book demo calls. The founder handles everything after that.

Who We Are Looking For

Good written English — clear, professional, and natural

Self-disciplined and organised — this is a work from home role with no one watching over you

Comfortable with Gmail, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets

Available at least 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Honest about your numbers — we track results, not hours

Prior experience in sales, outreach, or admin is a plus but not required

Salary & Commission

Base Allowance: PKR 15,000 per month (paid when monthly targets are met)

Commission: PKR 5,000 for every new client who signs up after a demo you generated

Realistic Monthly Earnings: PKR 45,000 to PKR 90,000 and above

Example: Generate 6 clients in a month — PKR 15,000 base + PKR 30,000 commission = PKR 45,000. Strong performers generating 15 or more clients can earn PKR 90,000 or more. Commission is completely uncapped.

Monthly Targets

120 emails per week (20 per day, 6 days)

30 WhatsApp messages per day via company number

Minimum 20 interested replies per month

Minimum 15 demo calls booked per month

All activity logged in the shared sheet daily

Targets are reviewed at 30 and 60 days. Consistent performers are offered a permanent role with higher commission.
