What you'll be doing

Imarat Downtown is seeking dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven professionals for the positions of Senior Investment Consultant, Team Lead, and Manager. The ideal candidates will play a key role in expanding market presence by providing professional real estate investment advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and investors.

The selected candidates will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored investment solutions aligned with clients’ investment goals. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Candidates with experience in real estate, corporate sales, business development, or investment advisory will be preferred. High-performing individuals will be provided career growth opportunities, including progression into Team Lead and Manager roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand market presence and drive investment growth
  • Provide professional real estate investment advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and investors
  • Identify and capitalize on new investment opportunities within commercial and residential real estate markets
  • Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of clients through relationship-driven sales strategies
  • Conduct professional investment presentations and consultations tailored to client objectives
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and business goals
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities
  • Negotiate and structure investment deals while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review
  • Support leadership initiatives and contribute to overall business growth strategy
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and support team development (for Team Lead / Manager roles)
  • Represent Imarat Downtown with professionalism in client meetings, corporate engagements, and networking events

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate, Sales, or Business Development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Professional appearance and client handling skills
  • Experience in corporate sales or real estate preferred
  • Ability to handle high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients
