What you'll be doing

Aik Digital by BankIslami is Pakistan's first Islamic digital banking solution, providing a seamless platform for users to open digital accounts and access a variety of financial services. We are seeking a Digital Field Officer (DFO) to strengthen our customer engagement and support efforts in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to assist customers in using our digital banking services.
- Educate clients about the features and benefits of Aik Digital.
- Collect feedback and insights from users to improve our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
