What you'll be doing

Aik Digital, a pioneering venture by BankIslami, is Pakistan's first Islamic digital banking solution. We offer a seamless digital banking experience through our Asaan Digital Account, enabling customers to easily engage in banking activities through a user-friendly mobile application. We are currently seeking a Digital Field Officer (DFO) based in Rawalpindi to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Engage and onboard new customers for the Aik Digital platform.
- Conduct field visits to promote digital banking solutions.
- Assist clients with account setup and application usage.
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Gather feedback to improve service offerings and report insights to the management.
