What you'll be doing

Aik Digital, powered by BankIslami, is Pakistan's first Islamic digital banking solution. We strive to provide hassle-free banking experiences through our innovative platform. We are currently seeking a Digital Field Officer (DFO) to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi and drive engagement in the banking industry.

Responsibilities:
- Promote Aik Digital's services and offerings to potential clients.
- Conduct on-ground outreach to increase user adoption of the digital banking platform.
- Assist customers in setting up their Asaan Digital Accounts (ADA).
- Provide product knowledge and support to clients regarding digital banking features.
- Maintain relationships with existing users and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
