What you'll be doing

Aik Digital, powered by BankIslami, is Pakistan’s first Islamic digital banking solution. We provide seamless banking experiences through our Aasaan Digital Account (ADA), enabling users to effortlessly manage their finances via our cutting-edge mobile application. We are seeking a motivated Digital Field Officer (DFO) to contribute to our mission of transforming banking experiences in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to promote Aik Digital services and solutions.
- Assist clients in the onboarding process for Aasaan Digital Accounts.
- Conduct field visits to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that boost user engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
