What you'll be doing

Aik Digital, a pioneering Islamic digital banking solution by BankIslami, is seeking a Digital Field Officer (DFO) to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi. Our platform, Aik, empowers customers to open an Asaan Digital Account in minutes, providing seamless banking services through a user-friendly mobile application.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new customers and promoting digital products.
- Conduct field visits to gather customer feedback and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience.
- Monitor and report on site visits and customer interactions.
- Maintain knowledge of banking products and services to provide accurate information.
