What you'll be doing

Aik Digital, a pioneering force in Pakistan's Islamic digital banking sector, allows customers to open Asaan Digital Accounts seamlessly and enjoy a comprehensive range of modern banking features. We are looking for a Digital Field Officer (DFO) with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi and contribute to enhancing our customer outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers to promote Aik Digital's services.
- Conduct field visits to identify potential clients and gather market insights.
- Provide exemplary service and support to customers in their banking journey.
- Collaborate with team members to drive campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.
