Aik Digital, a pioneering Islamic digital banking solution by BankIslami, is looking for a Digital Field Officer (DFO) to join our team in Rawalpindi. Aik offers innovative banking through our Asaan Digital Account (ADA), enabling users to manage their finances efficiently and effortlessly.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and management of digital banking solutions in the field.
- Promote Aik Digital services to potential clients and existing customers.
- Provide on-ground support and guidance to users regarding digital banking features.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use the Aik platform effectively.
- Collect feedback from users to contribute to service enhancements.
