What you’ll be doing

Job Summary

Responsible for generating business and converting leads for E-book services via freelancing marketplaces and inbound channels.
Primary focus on bidding and winning projects on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer; later handle inbound leads from Google (calls, WhatsApp, email).
Work mode: remote/online. Shift: on rotation.

Key Responsibilities

Actively bid on Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing platforms to secure projects.
Write high-quality, customized proposals in fluent English.
Communicate with international clients and close deals.
Handle and convert inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email) as they arrive.
Maintain follow-ups to maximize conversions.
Achieve monthly sales and bidding targets.

What we’re looking for

Must-have: Proven experience in online bidding on Upwork and Freelancer.
Must-have: Excellent spoken and written English.
Must-have: Sales/lead conversion experience.
Tools/Platforms: Freelancer, Upwork, online bidding software, bid management tools, e-book distribution platforms.
Other: Proposal writing, client communication, follow-up and closing skills.
