SEO Project Manager / Team Lead

We use AI-powered tools and data-driven strategies to help our clients dominate search rankings and generate more leads.

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced SEO Project Manager / Team Lead to oversee our growing remote team. You will be responsible for making sure all team members deliver their work on time and to a high standard, while also contributing to strategy and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all SEO team members including content writers, GMB specialist, link builder, and implementer
• Develop monthly SEO plans and content strategies for clients
• Review and approve all work before it goes to clients
• Analyze performance data using Ahrefs and Google Search Console
• Create and present monthly SEO reports
• Train and mentor junior team members
• Communicate directly with the agency owner on performance and priorities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience
• Proficient in Ahrefs and Google Search Console
• Experience with WordPress and Google Business Profile management
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience managing or supervising a team
• Experience working with US-based clients or agencies is a strong plus
• Self-managed, detail-oriented, and reliable
