Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

- Stay updated on market trends and property values.
- Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to enhance sales strategies.

- Proven sales experience in real estate (4 years minimum).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
