What you'll be doing

Online Telemarketer We are seeking a results-driven Telemarketer to drive overseas sales for our comprehensive portfolio of advanced energy solutions, environmental engineering services, and project financing options. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to international B2B clients, including facility managers, industrial plant operators, government agencies, and sustainability consultants. Your primary goal is to generate qualified leads, set appointments for our technical sales team, and close deals for energy-saving products, solar energy systems, and specialized environmental engineering consultancy. In addition, you will actively promote financial services tailored to large-scale projects — including structured debt, green project financing, and leasing solutions — for initiatives involving solar biofuels, biogas plants, and environmental engineering design. This position requires a persuasive communicator who can translate both technical and financial value propositions into compelling business benefits for global markets.

What we're looking for

Proven Telemarketing & Sales Acumen: Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound telemarketing or B2B sales, preferably selling technical, industrial, environmental, or financial products/services to overseas clients.

Knowledge of Energy, Environmental & Financial Sectors: Familiarity with energy-saving technologies, solar PV systems, biofuels, biogas production, environmental engineering design, and project finance concepts (e.g., debt structuring, credit assessment, green bonds, or leasing for large-scale infrastructure).

Excellent Cross-Cultural Communication: Strong command of English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus. Ability to adapt communication styles for diverse international markets (e.g., Middle East, Europe, SE Asia).

Lead Generation & CRM Proficiency: Skilled in prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), including tracking financing-eligible project leads.

Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to overcome objections, articulate ROI of green technologies, explain financing advantages (lower upfront costs, flexible repayment), and negotiate terms for both product sales and project funding.

Self-Motivation & Resilience: Comfortable with high-volume calling (50+ calls/day), handling rejection, and meeting weekly KPIs for overseas sales appointments and financing-qualified leads.

Technical & Financial Aptitude: Capacity to understand and explain basic engineering concepts related to biofuels, biogas systems, and environmental compliance, as well as financial eligibility criteria for funding large energy projects.
