Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage front desk operations.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist in preparing documents and reports for management.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors.
