What you’ll be doing

Truck Dispatcher (On-Site)

  • Location: Lahore, Pakistan (On-site)
  • Shift: Night shift (US business hours)
  • Employment type: Full-time


Responsibilities

  • Book profitable loads and negotiate competitive rates
  • Optimize routes and manage daily dispatch operations
  • Ensure timely deliveries and coordinate with operations teams
  • Generate leads through cold calling and outbound sales
  • Pitch dispatch and logistics services to US clients and close sales
  • Onboard new customers and maintain client records and follow-ups
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

What we’re looking for

Must-have

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent, professional-level English communication
  • 6 months to 1 year of telesales or call center experience
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Comfortable working US business hours (night shift)


Preferred

  • Experience in US dispatching
