What you’ll be doing
Luxor Apartments & Suites provides premier hospitality in Lahore, specializing in luxury serviced residences in areas such as Gulberg and DHA. The Co-Host / Sales Representative manages daily booking operations and guest communications across platforms to deliver a seamless guest experience.

- Manage listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms
- Update availability calendars in real time
- Handle guest inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and changes
- Coordinate with internal teams (cleaners, caretakers, operations)
- Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
- Resolve guest issues professionally and promptly
- Follow pricing and booking guidelines
- Maintain accurate booking records and prevent double bookings
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales strategies
What we’re looking for
Must have:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Basic tech skills (apps, WhatsApp, booking platforms)
