What you’ll be doing
About the role
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' unique needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including parents, educators, and therapists.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and adjustments to IEPs as needed.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and social skills.
- Provide support and guidance to staff regarding best practices in special needs education.
- Conduct training and workshops as required to enhance the understanding of inclusive practices.
