Role summary and responsibilities
- Location: Lahore (State Life Housing Society near DHA Phase 4)
- Employment type: Full-Time, On-site
- Shift/Timings: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (US shift / night shift)
- Salary: 70,000 - 100,000 PKR (up to 100k) plus high commissions

Role summary and responsibilities
- Coordinate freight movement and manage schedules and routes for US-bound trucking loads
- Find and book loads using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
- Negotiate rates with brokers, shippers, and drivers
- Maintain regular communication with drivers and brokers and manage related documentation
- Handle administrative tasks including lumper and detention pay paperwork
- Generate and convert sales leads; support sales activities to bring new business
- Work US hours / night shift and manage multitasking and problem-solving tasks
What we’re looking for
- Minimum experience: 1 year in truck dispatching or sales (freshers not allowed)
- Must-have skills: Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.), dealing with brokers and drivers, route planning, rate negotiation
- Sales skills: Lead generation and conversion, strong negotiation and communication
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Other: Ability to work night/US shift, problem-solving and multitasking
