What you’ll be doing

Infinity Dispatch Services is hiring an experienced on-site Truck Dispatcher for the U.S. market. Shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Salary: PKR 100,000 fixed + 20% commission.

Job Responsibilities
  • Book high-quality loads for owner-operators and carriers
  • Negotiate rates with brokers confidently
  • Plan loads based on truck location, lane preference, and market conditions
  • Minimize deadhead and maximize weekly gross
  • Manage daily communication with drivers and brokers
  • Handle check calls, load updates, and issue resolution
  • Maintain proper records of booked loads, rate cons, PODs, and related documents
  • Build strong broker relationships for repeat business
  • Work with discipline, urgency, and professionalism during the full shift

What we’re looking for

Must-have Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience in U.S. truck dispatching
  • Strong knowledge of load boards such as DAT and Truckstop
  • Ability to negotiate rates with brokers
  • Understanding of lanes, deadhead, RPM, and load planning
  • Experience handling owner-operators and drivers
  • Broker communication and relationship management
  • Ability to source quality loads quickly and efficiently
  • Knowledge of dry van, reefer, flatbed, or other equipment types
  • Manage check calls, updates, and load status tracking
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
  • Handle paperwork such as rate cons, PODs, and dispatch documents
  • Time management and shift discipline
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work on CRM/software systems
