What you’ll be doing
Role Overview
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Build and maintain segmented and targeted email lists.
- Write, design and optimize email content to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance (opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes) and report results.
- Implement and follow best practices for email deliverability, list hygiene, and CAN-SPAM/GDPR-compliant messaging as applicable.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align email activity with lead nurturing and early-stage funnel objectives.

Must-have skills
- Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
- List segmentation and maintenance.
- Copywriting for email: subject lines, preheaders, and body content.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and list hygiene.
- Ability to monitor and analyze campaign metrics and suggest improvements.
