Role Overview:
- Handle inbound/outbound call center tasks for truck dispatch and sales inquiries.
- Coordinate dispatch operations between drivers and clients.
- Manage sales calls, follow up on leads, and close orders or bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and dispatch details.
- Provide customer support and resolve basic service issues.
Work Environment:
- On-site work at Gujranwala office.
- Night shift schedule (5 PM 2 AM).
What we’re looking for
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working night shift (5 PM 2 AM)
- Customer service or call center experience (preferred but not required)
- Fresh graduates welcome
