What you’ll be doing
A manager oversees daily operations, leads team members, and ensures organizational goals are met through planning, organizing, and controlling resources. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring service quality, handling customer inquiries and complaints, implementing policies and procedures, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting training and development.
