What you’ll be doing

The Opportunity

Represent a cutting-edge SaaS platform and drive digital transformation for businesses in Australia and New Zealand.
Perform high-volume outbound phone sales to acquire new accounts and convert leads into paying customers.
Conduct persuasive, value-focused phone conversations to close deals and book qualified appointments.
Manage daily activity targets, including cold calling and follow-ups, to meet or exceed sales goals.
Collaborate with the global sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

What we’re looking for

Previous Software Sales Experience: Proven SaaS or software sales experience, selling over the phone.
Negotiation & Communication: World-class verbal communication and ability to close deals entirely by phone.
High Activity Volume: Comfortable making 200+ cold calls per day.
Closing Track Record: Demonstrated history of achieving ~2 closed sales per day or high-volume qualified appointments.
Lead Qualification: Skill at identifying warm leads and converting interest into high-intent purchases.
