In this role, the Business Growth Executive will be responsible for driving business opportunities in the Saudi market through proactive outreach and structured sales activities. The candidate will focus on lead generation, client communication, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

The role involves actively identifying potential clients, initiating contact through calls and other channels, and scheduling meetings to present company offerings. The candidate will ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward in the sales funnel.

Responsibilities:

A key responsibility includes generating and qualifying leads through telemarketing, networking, and market research, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. The candidate will track all interactions, manage prospects efficiently, and ensure proper documentation of the sales pipeline.

Strong communication and coordination skills are essential to engage clients, understand their requirements, and align solutions accordingly. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and closure of opportunities.

Additionally, the role requires continuous market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of expansion within the Saudi region. Regular reporting on lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities will be expected to support management in decision-making.
