We're Hiring — Digital Marketing Intern | Scale Camps

At Scale Camps, we help brands build powerful digital growth engines. We're looking for a hungry, creative, and driven Digital Marketing Intern to join our team and work on real campaigns from day one.

What You'll Do:

• Plan & execute social media campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
• Create content — captions, posts, email copy, and graphic briefs
• Support paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google & LinkedIn Ads
• Conduct market & competitor research
• Track and report campaign performance metrics
• Assist with SEO — keyword research, on-page optimization, content planning
• Manage content calendars and scheduling tools
• Support email marketing campaigns from copy to reporting

What We're Looking For:

• Pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• Basic understanding of social media, SEO, or paid ads
• Strong written communication & attention to detail
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, or Meta Business Suite (a plus)
• Self-motivated, curious, and a fast learner
• Creative thinker who loves brands and digital culture

Must Have - Social media platform knowledge, content planning, copywriting, performance tracking, Google Analytics, and keyword research. These are non-negotiables for the role.

Good to Have - On-page SEO, blog writing, Meta Ads & Google Ads basics, email marketing, and reporting. Candidates with these stand out.

Bonus / Advanced - Audience targeting, paid ad copywriting, and A/B testing. Great if they have it, but fully trainable on the job.

Tools - Must know Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Docs/Sheets. Everything else can be learned during the internship.
