Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and applying for projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
- Write and tailor proposals based on client requirements and company services.
- Support client communication and respond to client queries professionally.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify opportunities and client needs.
- Perform lead generation via LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing; follow up with prospects.
- Maintain CRM entries, update sales tracking, and prepare simple reports on bidding and performance.
Compensation:
Salary range: 25,000 - 30,000 PKR per month.
