What you'll be doing

MGC Developments (Pvt. Ltd.) is a leading Private Limited Company based in Islamabad, specializing in innovative real estate solutions. We are seeking motivated Sales Executives with at least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry to join our dynamic team and help drive our mission of transforming urban landscapes.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the real estate market.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about projects.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to team goals.

What we're looking for

Required Skills:
- Proven sales experience in the real estate industry for at least 1 year.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Good negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
