Outbound Call Center Representative (TSR)

We are currently hiring motivated individuals for our Outbound Call Center team.

Job Details:

This is an outbound calling role, where agents will communicate with customers and promote company products/services.

The first 7 days of training will be unpaid, during which you will learn communication skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

After completing training, you will be required to handle customers and close sales independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

Basic Salary: PKR 25,000

Incentive: PKR 5,000 per successful sale

High-performing agents can earn up to PKR 60,000 or more per month

After 3 months, salary will be reviewed and increased based on performance

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Confidence in dealing with customers

Willingness to work in a sales environment
