Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficiency
- Coordinate office procedures and implement policies
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications
- Support the management team with reporting and documentation
- Assist in financial management, budgeting, and procurement
- Foster a positive office environment and ensure team collaboration
